This 11-bedroom apartment on Calle de San Bernardo, in Malasaña, is stylish, furnished, and has rooms to rent. The combined kitchen and living area has a fashionable modern decor, a glass dining table, and large windows. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and there are 5 nicely tiled bathrooms. Heating is installed throughout.

The apartment is located in Malasaña, right in the heart of Madrid. You’ll be surrounded by cool bars, trendy bistros and vintage shops. And, the local theatres and cultural centers right on your doorstep (like Microteatro por Dinero) are well worth checking out.

What we liked the most

  • The iconic Plaza de España is just a short walk from the apartment - stroll on over there one afternoon and take selfies with the Cervantes statue.
  • The apartment has a stylish decor, and fashionable furnishings throughout.
  • The property has lots of bathrooms, with plenty for everyone to share.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment has a washing machine but no dryer.
  • There is not air conditioner service in the apartment.
  • There's no AC here- The units shown on the pictures are not working.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
