We think it’s ideal for a young professional or postgraduate looking to live in an artistic shared apartment. Top floor suite with a huge terrace. Awesome.

This apartment is perfect for a young professional or post grad. You'll be close to the Metro, but in a laid back residential neighborhood with a hometown vibe.

What we liked the most
- Preparing Spanish paella in the amazing kitchen – everything is here minus the chef.
- Relaxing with a glass of wine on the terrace – the street view is top notch.
- Eating at La Castañal Marisqueria – this fantastic 5 star restaurant is one of the many reasons locals love this area.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 1 has slanted ceilings – watch your head!
- There is a 3rd bedroom in the apartment which can be used as storage or to dry your laundry.
