- You'll be sharing the apartment with the live-in landlady.

Moving into a new city is always hard, unless you know a local who can give you the lay of the land. Enter your flatmate: a talkative and friendly lady in her 60s. She speaks Spanish and French - and although she doesn't speak English, she has a son who does who will be able to help if you need. (The landlady's son does not live on the property.)
