What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Rooms and living room are renovated. Before, one was white and the other pink, and now they are both white. Also, I am very sorry, but the **living room will no longer be shared**, starting in May, because my nephew is coming to study and he will be there.
Cleaning expenses are shared among everyone. Parties are to be held outside the apartment, not at home. Smoking is not allowed, neither indoors nor outdoors, to avoid any issues.
