Es una casa muy tranquila, cada habitación consta de su propio cuarto de baño privado en el interior de la habitación, la cama es doble, vienen estudiantes y/o trabajadores, todos ellos con respeto a la convivencia y mucha cordialidad. Nada de fiestas, ni ruidos, ambiente tranquilo y sosegado. Ven a comprobarlo y lo verás.!!

What we liked the most
- Chilling out in ultimate comfort — crank up the A/C, and never wait for a shower.
- Studying with friends — there's heaps of space to work together in the living room.
- Walking to class — take a stroll and get some fresh air.
Things to keep in mind
- The bedrooms have windows facing their ensuite bathrooms, so they can be a bit dim in places.
- Smoking is allowed in this apartment, but only on the balcony.
