This is a 2nd-floor, 3-bedroom apartment on Bulevar de Indalecio Prieto in Madrid. It has a large living room, a separate kitchen with a balcony leading off it, and the bonus of a washing machine to keep doing laundry simple.
It is perfect for single professionals or students who want to escape the noisy city-centre and be guaranteed a good night's sleep in a chilled out residential neighbourhood. Fancy an afternoon in the city? Just hop on the metro.
What we liked the most
- Sleeping easy knowing there's a porter keeping an eye on things - phew.
- Becoming more eco-friendly - there's a bike shop across the road.
