La vivienda es una casa, tipo chalet, y consta de tres alturas. La casa tiene dos baños, una buhardilla acondicionada, ventilada, luminosa y lugar común con un sofá-cama, mesa y sillas, así como un espacio para secar la ropa y guardar maletas, etc. La calefacción en invierno es de gas natural y en verano hay aire acondicionado en toda la casa. Las habitaciones tienen camas dobles, armarios grandes con mucho espacio, un escritorio, una silla, estanterías, televisor y wifi.
Todas las ventanas son exteriores. Las reglas de convivencia incluyen mantener la vivienda limpia y ordenada donde las ocupantes puedan disfrutar de un ambiente agradable, tranquilo y seguro. Por tanto, la casa es un sitio ideal para personas que buscan un lugar limpio, tranquilo, respetuoso y seguro para vivir.
