We think this is great for students who spend a lot of time at school. Hop on the Metro to get to class. Study in nearby Parque De Moratalaz. Markets, cafés, and bars are close.

This is a 3rd floor, 3-bedroom apartment with a live-in landlord on Av. de Moratalaz. There’s a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, AC, and private bathroom.

It’s ideal for students. Catch the nearby Metro to your school of choice. Jog or study in nearby parks. Supermarkets are close, and there are bars and cafés down the street.
