What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
El barrio es de los mejores de Madrid. Es una habitacion exterior con vistas a calle muy tranquila pero a la vez en pleno centro, ya que esta muy cerca de Plaza de España, Gran Via, Palacio real y Ciudad Universitaria. Todo caminando. Buscamos preferentemente una chica, que sea respetuosa con el descanso de los compañeros y la limpieza de las zonas comunes. Se limpia todas las semanas, pero a parte, es importante que el resto del tiempo y cuando se utilicen las cosas, se mantengan limpias para los demás compañeros.
