A traditional 4-bedroom apartment in a laidback part of Madrid, 35 minutes from the city-centre on public transport. You'll find it in the residential neighbourhood of Villaverde on the outskirts of Madrid. Jump on the train and in just over an hour you'll being the ancient city of Toledo.

- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
