The ICADE University is just 8 minutes walk, with all amenities near by (supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms, restaurants etc.) The building has a lift and a doorman. The apartment has been refurbished and is in excellent condition. It has 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and living room area.
