Apartment excellently located, just thirty meters from Opañel metro station, with quick access via line six to universities such as UCM, URJC, UCIIIM, IE, etc. The rooms have their private bathrooms. We provide the necessary facilities for students, as well as complete bedding (tenants can also bring their own comforter). Due to the location, the rooms have a street view but are semi-basement. Nearby, there is a supermarket, a gym, and the Emperatriz Park, which is spacious and excellent for walking or exercising. The apartment is very secure, as it is located next to a brightly lit main street.

Apartment very close to the Opañel metro, around 30 meters from the mouth of the metro. You can quickly reach the different universities on line 6, but it is semi-basement.
