Este piso es ideal para trabajadores y estudiantes que desean experimentar la vida en Madrid con todas las comodidades sin sentir la aglomeración del centro constantemente, pero al que puedes llegar rápidamente. Es un piso moderno y recién renovado

Está ubicado en la Calle Alcalá, la cuál zona llena de tiendas y bares, a las que puedes ir caminando. Podrás acercarte al centro cada vez que quieras, ya que tienes estaciones de metro y bus a un minuto de distancia.

El apartamento se encuentra en un 1er piso, cuenta con ascensor y recepción. Tiene 7 habitaciones, 2 baños, una cocina compartida equipada con tres neveras y todos los enseres necesarios.

Sus habitaciones son cómodas con y puedes elegir entre cama doble o pareja dependiendo de la habitación que elijas, todas las habitaciones cuentan con calefaccióny escritorio además de espacio de almacenaje.

Tanto en la cocina, la sala y el baño como en las habitaciones hay bastante espacio de almacenaje para todos tus efectos personales y las habitaciones cuentan con cerradura para tu seguridad.

Incluye un patio de uso común para los inquilinos donde puedes disfrutar de una tarde bajo el sol tomando café sólo o con tus compañeros.

This flat is Ideal for workers and students that want to experience life in Madrid with all the comfort that this city provides without feeling the conglomeration of the center of the city constantly. Is a modern and newly renovated apartment.

It’s located on Calle Alcalá, which is an area full of shops and bars, within a walking distance. You will be able to go to the center of the city any time you want, since the area has metro stations and buses within a minute walking distance.

The apartment is on a 1st floor, it has an elevator and reception. It has 7 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a shared full equipped kitchen and 3 fridges.

The rooms are very comfies and you can choose between bedrooms of double and single beds, and also couples rooms. All the rooms have a heating system, desk and plenty of storage. Both, on the kitchen, living room, bathrooms and rooms, are full storage capacity for all your personal belongings and all the rooms have locks for your security.

The flats also have a patio for common use for all the tenants where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun.

The bedrooms dont include: - Laptops - Linens - Towels

The flat have all transportation media within 1 minute walk, this are the closest: - Metro: Quintana (Línea 5) y Pueblo Nuevo (Línea 7) - Bus: 28 (This goes since La puerta de Alcalá until el Barrio Canillejas) 109 (This one goes from Ciudad Lineal until Castillo de Uclés) y el 113 (This one goes Mendez Álvaro till Ciudad Lineal) - N5 (Nocturno o Búho it departures from Cibeles,on the center of the city and leaves you at less than a minute walk from the flat)

To be able to enter on the flat this is what you will need: - Provide us with some ID (it could be an ID from the european community, Passport, DNI, NIE, etc) - It is required a month of payment as a security deposit. - Half a month payment as administrative expenses.

We speak English and Spanish for more comfort of communication.
