What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Apartment very close to Carlos III University of Madrid, only a hundred meters away. The metro also provides easy access to URJC's Alcorcón campus. Rooms one, two, and three share a bathroom, while Room four has its own private bathroom. The house is small but equipped with all the facilities for students. Free cleaning of the common area is provided every three months, although it may be dirty on the check-in day since it is a shared living space. In this university neighborhood, most buildings are old and lack elevators. Our apartment is located on the fourth floor without an elevator.
