As you enter the flat, you will find the entrance corridor that gives you the option to walk straight ahead or turn towards the back of the flat. The kitchen, living room and a bedroom are located at the back of the house. If you walk straight ahead, you will find four bedrooms on the left hand side and two bathrooms and one bedroom on the right. The corridor veers right after the first two bedrooms, from where you can access a toilet and three bedrooms on the right, and another bedroom at the end of the hallway. The hallway veers right once again after this room, where you can find the janitor's room, the final two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, washing machine, gas stove and a double sink. There are two fridges with allocated space for each resident to store their food. You are welcome to use the kitchen and electrical appliances (microwave, washing machine, iron) but you are required to bring your own cutlery and cooking utensils.

The living area is furnished with a dining table with six chairs, a fridge and a flat screen TV. This room has two balconies. There are some cabinets available for residents to store their kitchen equipment and food items, and everyone gets an allocated space. In this room you will find clothes racks fitted to the roof for drying your washing, as well as portable racks.

Three bathrooms are equipped with a shower, bath tub, sink and a toilet. One smaller bathroom only has a toilet, bidet and a sink. All bathrooms have automatic sensor lights.

An electric heater is available on every room. The washing machine operates on coins. You can dry your clothes inside on the racks provided. The bathrooms, kitchen and common areas are cleaned once a week. Residents are responsible for cleaning their own room. Price includes all bills (water, electricity, gas, heating and access to the internet in the common areas). There is a first aid kit available.
