This 5 bedroom, 125 square-meter apartment, located in the exclusive neighbourhood of Salamanca, has central heating and is equipped with natural gas for hot water heating. All rooms come with a flat-screen television, double beds, wardrobes, desks, and armchairs. The first bathroom is spacious with a sink, a toilet, a bidet, and a bath and shower. The second, which is the smaller one, has a sink, a toilet, and a bath and shower – no bidet.
Salamanca is a posh neighbourhood with wide boulevards, exclusive boutiques, artisanal ice cream stores and superb restaurants. Many large brands also have stores here, making this a great place to come shopping outside the busy city centre.
The apartment sits in the perfect triangle to three metro stations: Nuñez de Balboa (5, 9), Diego de León (4, 5, 6), and Avenida de América (4, 6, 7, 9). Avenida de América (Intercambiador) also serves as a bus terminal. The closest bus routes to the apartment, however, are the 9, 19, 51, 61, N4.
