b) If you cancel 31 to 60 days before your move-in date, we will refund 50% of your first payment. The other 50% will be given to the landlord.

c) If you cancel your stay within 30 days of your move-in date, 100% of your first payment will be given to the landlord.

d) The bad news: once your booking is accepted by the landlord, you cannot recover your one-time reservation fee at any point.

Neighborhood information

The flat is located between the Salamanca district and Retiro Park neighborhood, in a commercial area, where you can find any store, restaurant, etc. A 5-minute walk takes you to the Palacio de los Deportes, the main shows and sports events place in Madrid. Salamanca is well known for being one of the wealthiest and exclusive shopping areas of Madrid. There there are the major shopping streets of Goya, Serrano and Velázquez, where luxury shops and fashion elite display their best works in the windows. Also in the area you will find the famous department store El Corte Ingles, restaurants, bars, terraces, large squares and very picturesque streets. A significant number of diplomatic missions are set in Salamanca district.

The neighbourhood of Retiro is defined by the beautiful and big park located in the middle of it. Retiro is quite an expensive area, with great restaurants in its surroundings and "modern" buildings compared to the city center. The flat is placed in a residential, quiet neighbourhood where you can find anything you will need within walking distance. Hospitals Beata Maria Ana and Niño Jesus located a few minutes away from the flat.

Transportation

The Goya Metro station (lines 2 and 4) is located just in front of the building. Several other metro stations are within a short 10-minute walk, giving you access to lines that will take you all over Madrid. You can also choose to take the bus, as there is numerous bus stations in the area.
