The radiators and water are both heated with natural gas. Clothes can be dried from the washing line in the interior patio. All rooms come with TV's and have individual locks. There is a useful storage room. Water and Wi-Fi are included in the rental price, but all other utilities (gas and electricity) are additional.
What we liked the most
- The location is great for those that want to be near to it all. Many of Madrid's universities are in this area, aswell as some great nightlife, and a short distance south is the centre of the city.
- With two bathrooms and only three rooms you will never have to wait for your turn!
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is compact and the oven is not full size, however it has everything you would need.
- The flat has no living room.
- ONLY FEMALE STUDENTS
