What we liked the most
- As the flat is on the 5th floor, all the rooms are very bright and receive lots of sunshine. This includes the interior rooms.
- The rooms are spacious and all come with double beds.
- This flat has central heating which will keep the flat nice and warm in winter.
- The exterior room has a fabulous balcony to relax on.
- Great cultural centres, such as 'La Casa Encendida', Teatro Circo Price and the world famous Reina Sofia museum on your doorstep. Getting to the centre is also very easy with Sol only two metro stops away!
Things to keep in mind
- The flat has two bathrooms, but one of them doesn't have a shower.
- There is no living room in this flat.
- There is no A/C, and Madrid gets pretty hot in the summer. You might want to invest in a small portable A/C unit.
- The blinds are operated (raised and lowered) and held in place using a length of cord.

- First monthly payment.
- Membership (admin fee).
- In addition, you must contact our team in advance through the owner's customer area to confirm your arrival date and time.
If your move-in date is on or after the 16th of the month, the payment you make to Spotahome will be used to cover the following month. The 15 days of the current month must be paid to the landlord before check-in.
If you request an extension covering a year other than the original booking, you will have to pay the Admin Fee again.
