What we liked the most

  • The whole flat has a warm and inviting atmosphere, down to the wooden floor, the modern furnishings, the funky artwork on the walls; it all comes together to make this flat a fantastic place to live.
  • The owners have thought about how best to make use of the amazing balconies overlooking the street and provided armchairs in all the rooms, which will be perfect for reading a book or having a coffee.
  • Just one metro station away (or a 10 minute walk) is the start of Calle Fuencarral, one of the main shopping streets of Madrid. In the other direction, just 250m away from the flat is the beautiful Canal Sports complex and gardens. This area has a public running track, that is very popular with locals, as well as gardens, fountains, a driving range for golf and other sports facilities.
