Neighborhood information

Located in Southwestern Madrid, Latina is often confused by foreigners with La Latina, with Latina being a district (an area of the city made up of lots of barrios) and La Latina a barrio within the Centro district. The two differ a lot from each other, both in location and in characteristics. Partly because of this coincidence, Latina is more of an administrative name for the district. Madrileños tend to identify this district as Aluche, which is the name of the best known and most centrally located neighborhood in the district, with a shopping mall and important commuter train station. Many expats know Aluche for the Extranjería office located there (where many have to go to deal with paperwork). The district is also adjacent to Casa de Campo, the largest park in the West of Madrid.

What we liked the most

  • We adore this vibrant apartment which has been tastefully decorated using multiple bright colours, creating a cheery and positive vibe.
  • This apartment also has the added benefit of being brand new and equipped with modern furniture and appliances.
  • You will absolutely love living in picture-perfect Oso street which is very Madrid and oozing with character.

Things to keep in mind

  • Rooms 3-6 are interior, but they all have windows overlooking a light well.
