This six-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located on Calle Benito Guiterrez in the Argüelles section of Madrid. Argüelles is one of Madrid's most popular student neighborhoods due to its easy access to several of the city's main universities and to Malasaña nightlife and other key attractions in the center of Madrid. The neighborhood is also near Parque de Oeste and the famous Templo de Debod. The area of this apartment is 120 m2.

What we liked the most
- Each individual room has its own key, perfect for someone who has safety as a top priority in his or her apartment search!
- The kitchen has an oven, something that’s not entirely common in homes in Madrid.
- There’s also an American-style coffeemaker!
Things to keep in mind
- The washing machine is located in the larger of the two bathrooms (the washing machine is normally found in the kitchen)
- The landline phone is located on a chair in the middle of the hallway
- Utilities (water, gas, electric, heating, and WiFi) are NOT included in the price of rent
