This four-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath apartment is located on Calle Blasco de Garay in the Argüelles section of Madrid. What makes this particular part of Argüelles advantageous is the fact that it’s also close to the San Bernardo area of Malasaña, meaning that Malasaña nightlife is within walking distance! In addition, access to the Argüelles Metro stop makes the location ideal for Comillas ICAI/ICADE students and others studying in Ciudad Universitaria. All of the bedrooms are spacious, giving you a great location and a great space!
Room description
This bedroom, with an area of 13 m2, is the largest in the apartment. It has a single bed, a dining room table that serves as a large desk with a lamp and two chairs. There is a TV attached to the wall, a bulletin board above the desk, and a bookcase above the bed. This bedroom, in addition to be the largest, is also an exterior bedroom, with the window looking out onto the street. The bedroom also has a three-door wardrobe with some drawers as well, perfect for storing lots of items.

- The kitchen has an oven, great for those who love baking!
- The bedrooms are all spacious, with a minimum area of 10 m2 and all have individual TVs
- The apartment is in a section of Argüelles that’s incredibly close to Malasaña (being more or less equidistant between Argüelles and San Bernardo), making the apartment walking distance to all of the nightlife Malasaña has to offer!
