This apartment is perfect for those looking for easy access to Atocha, with service to other parts of Spain as well as all Cercanías suburban trains. It’s in a neighborhood perfect for those looking for affordable accommodation in affordable neighborhoods with close proximity to tourist attractions and some of Madrid’s biggest green spaces. The area of this apartment is 70 m2.
Room description
This bedroom, with an area of 9 m2, has a single bed, large wardrobe, bookshelf, desk and desk. There is a chest of drawers next to the desk. This room also has another exterior balcony with views of Calle Delicias.
What we liked the most
- There’s a cute couch in the front hall of the apartment, a perfect place to leave items when entertaining with friends
- There is a special wardrobe with the washing machine and an additional area for ironing
