This six-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located on the Glorieta de Ruiz Giménez on the border of the Argüelles section of Madrid, one of Madrid’s premier student areas, and Chamberí, one of Madrid’s premier residential areas. The apartment is close to the university areas in Moncloa and Argüelles as well as being within walking distance of Malasaña, one of Madrid’s most vibrant (and one of the world’s most hipster) neighborhoods. This is ideal for students looking to be near campus, but also have easy access to shopping and nightlife. Please note that only students are allowed to rent in this apartment. The area of the apartment is 160 m2.
