- The living room has beautiful, modern furniture with plenty of space for entertaining that’s comfortable
- There are lots of bathrooms, meaning that there won’t be fights over the bathroom
- The kitchen has plenty of modern appliances, including a microwave, oven, electric stove, and a dishwasher (ideal for those not keen on hand-washing their own dishes). There’s even a separate freezer!
- There’s also a laundry room
- There is a separate walk-in closet, which would mean that you would have to share it with your roommates
