An interior 80 sqm four bedroom apartment offering two single rooms and two double rooms. Each room is very well-equipped, there is one bathroom, a shared kitchen and a living area. This apartment is perfect for those who like to exercise as it is located close to the Casa de Campo park where tenants can job, bike, or simply take a relaxing walk.

What we liked the most
- All bedrooms have their own independent keys, desks, heating units and wardrobes.
- There is a flat screen TV in front of a large double sofa where you can watch sports or a movie with your roommates.
- The large living area is equipped with heating and air-conditioning, so this shared room will be nice and pleasant year-round.
- The kitchen is nicely presented using bright green and orange colours. It is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, so you can save some money by preparing your own meals.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one bathroom for four tenants, but it is modern and nicely decorated using stylish black and white tiles.
- This apartment is located slightly below the street level.
- Bedroom 4 doesn't have a window.
