A 100 m² apartment offering five single bedrooms available for rent separately. Common areas include two shared bathrooms and a combined kitchen and living area. This interior flat is located on Benito Gutiérrez street, in the popular student neighborhood of Argüelles & Moncloa. This area is very well-connected, with the busy Intercambiador de Moncloa providing access to several bus and metro lines. You will also be able to find a fantastic range of amenities within walking distance from this flat, including a variety of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. And you if you like the outdoors and ever feel like you need a break from the city, an early morning jog through the nearby Parque del Oeste will be a perfect cure.

Furnished with a single bed, a bedside table, a desk and a heating unit. There is plenty of storage space as it has a wardrobe and some shelving, and there is a window with interior patio views.
What we liked the most
- All bedrooms are comfortable and well-equipped with a single bed, a wardrobe and a heating unit.
- This apartment is quiet even though it is located in a very central area, as it is not facing the street.
- There is a large open plan kitchen and living area, where you will find a dining table and a sofa.
- There are two fully equipped shared bathrooms.
- With central heating in the apartment, you will be nice and cozy even in winter.
