This is a four bedroom apartment with one shared bathroom. There are two interior and two exterior rooms to choose from, and all of them are very nicely equipped with modern furniture and accessories. The whole apartment has been recently renovated, resulting in a fresh and clean ambience. Shared amenities include a fully equipped kitchen and a living area. This superb apartment enjoys of a fantastic location on Don Ramón de la Cruz street, in elegant Salamanca. This upper-class area is full of shops, restaurants and green spaces, and is a great neighborhood to just walk around admiring the striking architectural style of the buildings and absorbing its sophisticated and enchanting vibe.


This apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator and has a doorman working on-site. It has natural gas heating and natural gas water heating. The minimum lease for this apartment is 60 days (2 months). You can dry your washing using a rack inside the apartment or the strings fitted over the light-well.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment receives plenty of natural light, and has beautiful parquet floors in all bedrooms and the living area.
  • The two exterior bedrooms have large windows with nice views over the street.
  • The two interior bedrooms are more silent, as they face a light-well, reducing street noise.
  • Every room has its own individual gas heater.
  • The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all you need for cooking, including a gas stove, an oven and a microwave.
  • There is a washing machine in the apartment.

Things to keep in mind

To formalize bookings with monthly rent of 0€ in April and May tenant must contact landlord to pay the deposit.

Deposit must be paid and contract signed as soon as possible, otherwise the reservation will be canceled.

  • There is no TV in the apartment, but the living area is set up as a cozy room where you can hang out with your roommates, with two double sofas placed on both sides of a coffee table.
  • There is only one shared bathroom to be used by all four bedrooms.
