Dos habitaciones expectaculares, en una casa con una gran terraza y muy bien comunicada con el centro de Madrid por medio de autobuses y metro, a cuatro paradas de Moncloa (zona universitaria). Tambien tenemos al lado los parques de Casa de Campo y el Madrid Rio. El barrio es una zona bastante tranquila con comercio tradicional, mercados, etc.
