This 10 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment consists of 10 spacious mostly exterior rooms available for rent. Only two of those don't have a balcony and they all come fully furnished. The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas in Madrid and just a stone throw away from the gorgeous Palacio Real. As you will be living in city centre, you will be able to reach most Madrid's attractions by foot in just under a couple of minutes, but there is also plenty of transportation available. The apartment also consists of three bathrooms the tenants will have to share with each other. You will be located around the corner from some of Madrid's most beautiful parks where you can enjoy a run, stroll, picnic or just hang out with your new flatmates!

This apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. The minimum lease for this apartment is 90 days (3 month). Wi-Fi is installed. Cleaning is included in the rent and done once a week in common areas.

Transportation

The closest metro station is Opera, with access to line 2, 5, and R. You can also reach several other stations that are just a short walk away and there are plenty of buses available. You may also take advantage of renting the Madrid city bikes and explore Madrid that way - there are several bike stations located near the apartment.
