The rooms are all furnished similarly and the apartment features a large exterior-facing balcony. The highlight of this beautiful flat is no doubt the big living room; it provides tenants with a pleasant space to relax or hang out with their new roommates. The brand new furnishings and amenities is a real luxury; you'll even find a dishwasher in the kitchen to take away the need for tedious chores! The apartment is located along Calle Bravo Murillo, a commercial street where you'll find many bars and supermarkets. These rooms would be an ideal option for workers and postgraduate students looking to live in a convenient location while having a new and comfortable home to come back to at the end of the day!

This interior bedroom is smaller. It is furnished with a single bed, standalone wardrobe, and a desk and has its own bathroom located outside the room. There is another wardrobe for this room in the hallway.

- We love the very spacious and sunny living room furnished with a big, comfortable couch that faces a flat-screen TV. You'll love lounging here with your new roommates!
- The flat is very new with shiny parquet flooring. The decoration is beautiful and sophisticated.
- The living room has a dining area that is partially separated and receives a lot of sun. From here, you can access the big balcony that looks down to Bravo Murillo street.
- With all utilities, including wi-fi and cleaning, included in the rental price, tenants will have an easy time budgeting their month!
- The kitchen features a dishwasher, so no need to do the dishes!
- Some of the rooms have A/C units to provide a cool relief from the hot summer.
