The apartment itself is an old building that is lovingly maintained. Which means you get a home with character and stylish, modern decor. It also has a living room and kitchen, 2 bathrooms, polished parquet floors and high ceilings.

Bedroom 2 has a single bed. It is an exterior bedroom with a balcony. It also has a desk, and wardrobe. Marcos the Homechecker was unable to enter this room when he visited the property.

What we liked the most
- This is a nice property, but, let's face it, the location is unbeatable.
- As it has 2 bathrooms (1 of which has 2 sinks), you can forget about the morning queue.
- Some of the rooms have balconies. Nice!
- The kitchen has acres of storage room for your food.
Things to keep in mind
- It is dark inside the property. Especially in the lounge. However, some of the bedrooms are very bright.
