The completely renovated flat has a living room with a dining table and fully equipped kitchen, complete with 2 refrigerators and oven. There are rooms of varying sizes and bed types, so tenants can choose according to their budget and preference. The location of the apartment can’t get anymore central: you’ll be right next to the largest commercial road of the city, Gran Via, where you’ll find countless stores to fill up your wardrobe! Once you cross this street, you’ll be in Malasaña and Chueca, two of the liveliest neighborhoods of Madrid and known for their bars and dining options. All in all, you’ll never be bored with this apartment as your base!
