What we liked the most

  • The apartment is very big!
  • With 11 other flatmates you will never have a dull time in Madrid.
  • We really like the communal area, consisting of a large living and dining area, as well as the fully equipped kitchen.
  • Wi-Fi and weekly cleaning services are already included in the rent.
  • The apartment is near Paseo del Prado and the beautiful Retiro park is just a short walk away.
  • The tenants will have access to three shared bathrooms, all equipped with a shower.

Things to keep in mind

  • There are 2 videos for this property, which was fist visited by Alejandro, and then more recently by Elena. All bedrooms have been visited except for bedrooms 5 and 11, for which the landlord has provided us with photos.
    • The video by Alejandro shows the common areas, along with bedrooms 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10.
    • The video by Elena gives a more recent tour of bedrooms 2, 8, and 10, and also shows bedrooms 1 and 12.
