  • The Landlord only accepts bookings when the move-in date is within 50 days of the booking.

  • Contract fee: 1 month's rent (the most expensive month of your stay)

    • This means that when you sign your contract, you will have to pay a fee to the landlord which is equivalent to 1 month's rent.
  • Utility bills:

    • Monthly utilities (electricity, gas and water): €45 per tenant per month
    • Bed linen and towels are NOT included. Tenants must provide their own.
  • Bookings:

    • Bookings closed during weekends: If the booking is closed during the weekend, the earliest check-in would be on the following Monday at 16:00.
    • Bookings with check in on the same day: If the booking is confirmed after 16:00, the earliest check-in would be the next day at 16:00.
