What we liked the most
- All five bedrooms available for rent are fully furnished with everything you might need to ensure you have a comfortable stay in Madrid.
- We really like the large terrace! Perfect for barbecues and sunbathing in hot summer days.
- The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of cupboards and drawers - ready and set for you to make some delicious dishes.
- This apartment has two shared bathrooms - one only has a toilet while the other one is fully equipped with beautiful mirrors and a large bath.
- This area is very quiet, but you will still have easy access to the city centre and other parts of Madrid as the metro station is just a minute away from the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment doesn't have a living room, however, you will have access to a large terrace where you can enjoy spending time with your new flatmates.
- Please note that the landlord does not accept couples.

- The mandatory payments have been made:

- In addition, you must contact our team in advance through the owner's customer area to confirm your arrival date and time.
If your move-in date is on or after the 16th of the month, the payment you make to Spotahome will be used to cover the following month. The 15 days of the current month must be paid to the landlord before check-in.
If you request an extension covering a year other than the original booking, you will have to pay the Admin Fee again.
