Se encuentra en el Pau de Carabanchel al sur de Madrid, esta muy bien ubicada, la estación del metro esta cerca, hay paradas de buses muy cerca. Una línea de Bus te lleva directamente a la Plaza Mayor.
Tenemos cerca la Av de la peseta que es la avenida mas importante del Pau, ya que cuenta con bares, bancos, comercios, supermercados como: Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi y el Dia, también contamos con dos centros comerciales como el Isla Azul y el Sambil, esta muy bien comunicado a las autopistas.
El piso vivimos mi esposa y yo, tiene dos baños, sólo se comparte la cocina, las zonas comunes no se comparten.
