What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Recently painted and refurbished flat, with kitchen and bathrooms refurbished only a few years ago. The coexistence is quiet with very responsible young people who study and work. The neighbourhood has everything you need at your fingertips with plenty of local shops. Excellent location with the centre of Madrid with several metro lines just a few minutes walk away with the Quintana (green line) and La Elipa (red and grey line) stops next door.
