The shared areas of the apartment include the luminous living room, complete with a big flat screen TV and white sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space and oven, and 2 bathrooms. Every room is furnished with a double bed, desk, and wardrobe, making these rooms ideal for students or professionals wishing to have a comfortable home in a lively area. La Latina is at once a historical and vibrant neighborhood and is a favorite among locals and tourists alike. With plenty of bars, tapas bars, and restaurants to occupy your time, your stay in Madrid will be full of activity! The spacious apartment measures 140 m2.

- Metro station La Latina is a mere 1 minute walk from the apartment, so accessing other parts of the city will be easy.
- La Latina is one of the liveliest areas of Madrid: there is an abundance of bars and restaurants, especially along Calle Cava Baja. The city's favorite local market, Mercado de la Cebada, is also right in front of the flat.
- The common living room is a luminous, well-furnished space with a sleek couch and a large flat-screen TV. You will also have a dining table with 4 chairs where you can share meals with your roommates.
