Located minutes from the Atocha train station, there are six rooms for rent in this 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom student apartment. The rooms are ideal for those studying in Madrid, as it is conveniently situated close to transportation lines and the lively neighborhood of Lavapies is across the street. The shared areas include the bathrooms and the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is brightly colored and comes fully equipped with modern amenities including an oven. The area of the flat, Atocha, is a mix of residential and commercial, and tenants will find supermarkets and stores all within walking distance. The total area of the apartment is 118 m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very conveniently located, with the Atocha train and metro station a few minutes' walk away.
- As the landlord only accepts students, tenants will have a lot in common with each other!
