The area of the apartment is 200m2 and each room is modernly furnished - from the living room with a balcony, the kitchen with an oven, and dishwasher, to two shared bathrooms, as well as the five available bedrooms. Each room is also equipped with air conditioning. This apartment is great for anyone wanting to be close to the Ciudad Universitaria, as this area is great for students!

What we liked the most
- The fully equipped kitchen is bright and comes complete with a washing machine, dishwasher and plenty of storage.
- All of the utility bills are included in the rental price.
- There are three modern bathrooms to be shared between the six bedrooms.
- There is central air conditioning throughout the apartment.
- All bedrooms are modernly decorated and each have their own personal balcony.
- Each bedroom has its own drying rack and iron for your convenience.
Things to keep in mind
- The Bedroom 6 is occasionally occupied by a relative of the landlord and therefore is not available to be rented.
- The apartment building is not equipped with an elevator.
