-ESTÁ PROHIBIDO TIRAR NADA QUE NO SEA ORGÁNICO AL WC. Usa la papelera, por favor. Se atasca. Si se produce un atasco, será tu responsabilidad.
-Hay otras personas en la casa, por lo que por favor respeta la limpieza y el ruido en las áreas comunes.
-Compartimos la cocina y el exterior, el resto de las áreas son privadas.
-El uso de la propiedad es exclusivo de los huéspedes que se alojan en la habitación. No se admiten visitas.
-El mantenimiento de la propiedad (luces, etc) es exclusivo de los propietarios. Si hay algún problema, por favor coméntanoslo.
-ESTÁ PROHIBIDO DAR DE COMER A LOS GATOS, BAJO MULTA.
NEVERA
Tienes una nevera exclusiva para ti, está debajo de la vitrocerámica (los fuegos de la cocina).
MENAJE - COCINA
En el armario de la izquierda del todo (el de al lado de tu nevera), tienes menaje exclusivo para ti y lugar para dejar tu comida. Después de su uso, por favor friega lo que utilices a mano y guárdalo en su lugar.
Si necesitas algo que no hay en tu armario, por favor pídenoslo.
El lavavajillas es sólo para uso de la familia.
BAÑO
El baño dispone de su propia ventana. Es obligatorio abrir la ventana para ventilar después del uso de la ducha/bañera, al menos 15 minutos, para evitar la condensación.
TEMPERATURA
VERANO: Tu habitación dispone de aire acondicionado.
INVIERNO:En tu habitación tienes radiadores en los que puedes regular la temperatura. Éstos se encienden en el horario de calefacción que es de 8.00-10.30 y de 16.00-22.00 horas. Funcionan por termostato y sólo se encenderán si éste baja de 21 grados. Es por esto que pueden estar apagados. Si es así, y la temperatura no está a tu gusto, por favor usa la bomba de aire. Tiene la función HEAT o Calor y puedes ajustar los grados. El aire tarda unos segundos en encenderse, por favor ten paciencia.
Apaga el aire cuando no estés en la habitación.
BASURA
Para sacar la basura, encuentras los contenedores en el cruce de Rotonda de Saboya con calle 5.
APARCAMIENTO
Puedes aparcar a la izquierda o derecha de la carretera, al lado de la casa, siempre fuera de puertas o garajes, y sin invadir la carretera para que todos los vehículos puedan pasar. Si tú vehículo invade la carretera, se lo lleva la policía.
