Habitación en vivienda reformada integralmente en la mejor zona de Chamberi. Entre la plaza de Olavide y la comercial calle Fuencarral. El piso es exterior y dispone de habitaciones en interior para mayor tranquilidad y descanso, con un gran salón con ventanales a calle arbolada, cuatro dormitorios y dos baños, uno de ellos en suite en el dormitorio principal. Gran cocina junto al salón.
Paredes lisas, diseño moderno, y todos cambiado durante la reforma (tuberías, sistema eléctrico, etc).
Bajos gastos de consumo y calefacción. Piso muy cálido en invierno y fresco en verano aunque también tiene aire acondicionado.
