This flat, which has four rooms for rent and two shared bathrooms is great for anyone wanting to live in a peaceful area, yet be within a short metro ride to the city center. All utilities are included in this 135m2 apartment and each room is furnished, making it move-in ready! Located on Calle Padilla, this flat is great for anyone looking to live close to the IE Business School. Cleaning of the common areas once a week is included in the rent, as well as an option for a meal service, who would not love that!

- The comfortable living room has a dining table that can seat six people, perfect for enjoying meals with flatmates.

- The neighborhood in which the apartment is located is safe and tranquil, yet the city center is a few metro stops away.
- The kitchen comes complete with an oven and dishwasher!
