  • This great flat is located right outside the Interncambiador Avenida de America, one of Madrid’s main transport centres, making it a perfect base to explore the city and beyond.

  • There is a brand new kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining, including utensils.
  • We love the location of this apartment, close to all the action including shops, restaurants and bars. IE Business School is also near the flat, making it a great choice for students as well.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is only one bathroom and it is small, but it is modern and fully equipped.
