Para tus horas de estudio, cuenta con un escritorio cómodo con cajones y un espacio de almacenaje, una silla de conferencia muy cómoda. Un armario de 1.05cm con espejo y una barra para las perchas. En todas las habitaciones encontraras una mesilla de noche con cajón y lámpara, un flexo para el escritorio. Toallas y ropa de cama en todas las habitaciones, limpieza semanal 2 veces, con retirada y reposición de sábanas 1 ves al mes. * 1 baño completos, de cómodo acceso desde cualquier habitación. Una cocina amplia con espacio suficiente para el almacenaje, equipada con menaje de cocina y (equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos, vitrocerámicas, microondas, alacenas individualizadas y utensilios (cubertería completa de uso exclusivo para cada huésped) allí podrás, además de comer. * Wifi con 600 megas y potenciadores. Puedes disfrutar a solo unos pasos de la avenida La Albufera (Vía principal), al lado se encuentra la estación del metro Miguel Hernández línea 1(L. AZUL) y varias líneas de autobús, a 15 minutos de la estación de Atocha y a 18 minutos de la Puerta del Sol, a 12 min en bicicleta o en autobús al campus sur de la UPM, 30 min en Metro y 10 min en coche a ciudad universitaria, estancia muy acogedora.
