This apartment situated on Calle Caballero de Gracia has all four bedrooms available for rent and share two toilet rooms, and one full bathroom. All utilities are already included in the rental price, and Wi-Fi is installed and ready to go, making this place perfect and move-in ready. Each room comes fully furnished, with every bedroom featuring a double bed, except for bedroom 4, which features a single bed. The living room is cozy and is furnished with a nice white sofa and table that can seat up to four people, great for spending time with fellow flatmates. The kitchen comes fully equipped and has plenty of storage and a dishwasher, a rare amenity in Spanish flat. The floor area of this apartment is 110m2.
