Todas las habitaciones cuenta con armario y cama de 1,05M y 1,35M, escritorio y silla ideal para tus horas de estudio o teletrabajo, habitación totalmente equipada y amueblada, todo el mobiliario es nuevo y a estrenar. En cuanto a las Zonas Comunes, dispone de 1 baño amplio con plato de ducha y cocina completamente equipada, con todo el menaje necesario para tu estancia. Excelente ubicación a 1 minutos del intercambiador de Sierra de Guadalupe (linea 1 metro y renfe) a 200metros metro de Villa de Vallecas lineal 1 y líneas de autobús, supermercados, bancos y comercio, lugares de ocio y cultura; piso muy acogedor, excelente convivencia.
