Ubicado en la Calle del Arroyo, en Valdeacederas, una de las zonas más seguras, concurridas y mejor comunicadas (a 4 minutos de Metro Ventillas —línea 9— y Valdeacederas —línea 1—, y con parada de autobús en la puerta del portal — líneas 49, N22), con un supermercado en la esquina y una comisaría de Policía muy próxima, bares, restaurantes y con todo tipo de servicios de la zona norte de Madrid.
La habitación es luminosa y está perfectamente equipada, con los siguientes complementos: 1 cama de 1,35 m con almohadas y cojines, juego de sábanas y edredón, doble mesita de noche con lámpara, un espacioso armario empotrado, calefacción por gas natural individual y cerramientos de doble cristal con las mejores calidades. Cuenta, además, con un baño privado en suite, con ventana y plato de ducha.
